Let's see who actually cares about me.
First off, i have to tell you that i am 13 years old. Why did i tell you? Go read further.
I have a problem. A big Problem. And i just realized it yet. The problem is my health. I have been sitting for like 5 (!) years, almost everyday from 1 PM till around 9 PM Non-stop in front of the computer till today. I am mostly never pausing that. I actually never realized how rapidly that decreased my health till today. I have like no stamina anymore, almost can't even do jogging for like 10 minutes without slowing down or pausing. Even my back seems to be a little affected, same with my eyesight, i have to wear glasses now.
But now i want to STOP doing that. And that is the point where i need Motivation.
Please, take this advice and don't do something like i did for 5 years. It is able to destroy your life completly.
